P. Christopher Ardalan

Since becoming an attorney in 2000, P. Christopher Ardalan has earned a reputation as a “lawyer for the people.” As founder of Ardalan & Associates, his diverse Southern California-based practice focuses on cases involving criminal law, family law, personal injury and general civil litigation. Overseeing an impressive team of professionals, Ardalan’s philosophy of doing his best on behalf of each and every client, comforting them with clear explanations of their cases and close, personal attention to details is instilled in all who work with him, as well as those seeking his counsel.

From the beginning, the road to becoming an attorney seemed a clear path for Ardalan. He graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Northridge, earning memberships into the National Honor Society in Psychology (Psi Chi), the Blue Key National Honor Fraternity and the Golden Key International Honor Society. He delved into the legal profession at a young age, working as a paralegal at law firms while supporting himself through college. His talents were evident from the beginning, as several lawyers that he worked with nicknamed the charismatic 17-year-old, “The kid with the golden tongue.”

In 1996, Ardalan was accepted into Loyola Law School. During his freshman year, he was appointed Vice-Justice of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and Executive Lt. Governor for the Ninth Circuit of the American Bar Association, Law Student Division. He went on to become Governor of the Circuit, winning the Silver Key Award as well as “Circuit of the Year” honoring his events that promoted diversity, public interest and the betterment of the legal profession. He served as one of six hand-selected advocates on Loyola’s highly distinguished Byrne Trial Advocacy Team, where he went on to win numerous regional and national mock trial championships. Ardalan was also a writer for Loyola’s International and Comparative Law Review. The culmination of these achievements came when he graduated Cum Laude and Order of the Coif at Loyola and was selected as the featured graduation speaker at his commencement.

Following law school, Ardalan went on to have huge successes for clients, litigating hundreds of cases against veteran lawyers and obtaining incredible results. Despite his success, Ardalan has never lost sight of why he became a lawyer . . . to help those in need. Ardalan’s ability to comfort those whose lives have been turned upside down has been called “a gift.” Whether a divorce, a criminal prosecution or an injury suffered at the hands of another, Ardalan takes pride in having the opportunity to fight on behalf of those who need his help.

Ardalan’s goal of helping others is of no surprise to those who know him. His feelings toward being an active and supportive member of his community is analogous to the example set by his parents, who immigrated to America with he and his siblings when Ardalan was just three years old. His appointment to the Public Safety Commission, which develops programs to educate neighborhoods on crime, fire prevention, traffic safety and emergency preparedness indicates his commitment to his community.

Ardalan is accredited by the California State Bar and all of the U.S. District Courts of California. He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the San Fernando Valley Public Safety Commission, the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), the Consumer Attorney’s Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He also served as an assistant coach for the Byrne Trial Advocacy Program at his alma mater, Loyola Law School.
